Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on August 10th, 2025.

I, Sasha Abrahams, owner of Abrahams VFX Independent, am committed to ensuring that my website — www.abrahamsvfx.com — is accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

This site follows the WCAG 2.1 guidelines and is designed to meet Level AA accessibility standards. Content and features have been adapted to work with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and captioned media.

As part of this effort, I have:

  • Used accessibility tools to identify and address potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site to English

  • Organized content in a logical reading order

  • Applied clear heading structures on all pages

  • Added alternative text to all meaningful images

  • Ensured color contrast meets recommended standards

  • Minimized the use of motion or flashing effects

  • Provided captions for all videos and ensured audio elements have transcripts when applicable

Declaration of partial compliance

Some embedded content (such as video players hosted on third-party platforms like Vimeo or YouTube) relies on those platforms’ accessibility features. While I make every effort to ensure my media is accessible (including adding captions), I cannot guarantee full accessibility of the platform’s interface.
